The Festival of Speed Perth takes to the track on Saturday 5th and Sunday 6th October for two days of motortainment!
Static car displays from Classic Cars and Coffee, Japanese Car Spotting WA, The LEE Collection, WA Sporting Car Club racing categories plus various local car clubs
Various on track and off track adrenaline experiences including the dyno comp, burnouts, competitive hill climb and time attack sessions, plus track parade laps.
Special guest Mad Mike Whiddett will join local drift sensations Luke Veersma Drift, Mitch Larner., Jamie Worroll Drift, Adam Monck and others throwing their specially built drift cars sideways around the track in an impressive feat of controlled loss of contraction.
Meanwhile Tim Slade in the Xtreme GTR will be on track for the time attack event joined by Brandis Racing R32 Skyline with other local drivers as they attempt to see who will be the fastest around the 2.4km circuit.
And for those that love the smell of burning rubber, don’t forget to check out the burnout displays on the CARCO Raceway Burnout Pad!
Around the track there are kids activties, beer, wine and gin tastings (for the non Designated Dave), various exhibitor and trade market stands, food trucks, DJs, Q&A sessions and much more!
