INFORMATION FOR PHOTOGRAPHERS / VIDEOGRAPHERS / DRONE OPERATORS / GENERAL MEDIA
CARCO.com.au Raceway hosts many different events throughout the calendar year, a fair number of which are hosted by the WA Sporting Car Club, the rest by external hirers of the complex.
For non-event media enquiries such as for filming news pieces, creative items, etc, please contact the WA Sporting Car Club to discuss your request.

WA SPORTING CAR CLUB EVENTS
WA Sporting Car Club events are generally run under Motorsport Australia licensing and as such we require that all media attending are accredited with Motorsport Australia for the current year.
It is always best practice to contact the WA Sporting Car Club prior to attending to advise that you wish to attend as there may be some restrictions in place depending upon the event.
All enquiries about obtaining the accreditation are to be made to Motorsport Australia as the WA Sporting Car Club is unable to assist with individuals obtaining accreditation.
* Accreditation does not guarantee you will be permitted into accredited media only areas. NON WA SPORTING CAR CLUB EVENTS
If you wish to attend an event that is organised by someone other than the WA Sporting Car Club, you will need to contact the event promoter directly.
SUPERCARS
Supercars accreditation is handled directly by Supercars and limited to working media only.
DRONES
Drone usage at CARCO.com.au Raceway is not permitted without prior approval from the WA Sporting Car Club.
Drone usage is limited to media professionals only and requires approval from the RAAF as CARCO.com.au Raceway is located within restricted airspace.
Due to a combination of both CASA and Motorsport Australia policies, generally requests to use a drone at public events will be denied.
NON ACCREDITED MEDIA / GENERAL PUBLIC
There are plenty of areas around the track accessible via the general public that are available for media to obtain photos and footage.
